Bordeaux meets California

Bordeaux grapes are new to the LIOCO cellar. They were inspired by their European counterparts and the old school Cali wines of a bygone era. This rare, organic SB comes from the highest ridge lines above Santa Cruz and delivers a mineral punch. The Cab, also organic, comes from two high pedigree sites in the Sonoma Valley and is low ABV, lightly oaked, and long on savory complexity.
